Breast Reconstruction Confidence Plus WarrantyTM:

As a part of our commitment to your breast reconstruction, we are pleased to present you with a comprehensive warranty that reflects our confidence in the quality of our products. As a recipient of INAMED Aesthetics® breast implants you are automatically enrolled in the ConfidencePlusTM warranty. Additionally, we offer you our ConfidencePlusTM Platinum warranty, which represents the next tier of our comprehensive product warranties.

10 years of coverage is the INAMED Standard

10 years of guaranteed financial assistance. Receive up to $1,200 of out-of-pocket expenses for surgical fees, operating room and anesthesia expenses not covered by insurance.

Silicone-filled and saline-filled breast implants covered.

Lifetime product replacement. At the request of your surgeon, any size may be selected to replace your current INAMED Aesthetics® breast implant style at no cost to you, or choose another style. (A charge may apply on product with a higher list price.)

ConfidencePlusTM Platinum Limited Warranty Option

10 years of guaranteed financial assistance. Receive up to $2,400 of out-of-pocket expenses for surgical fees, operating room and anesthesia expenses not covered by insurance.

Low enrollment fee of $100.

Saline-filled and silicone-filled INAMED Aesthetics® breast implants covered.

Contralateral implant replacement. At the surgeons' request, INAMED Aesthetics will also provide a replacement for the contralateral breast.

Lifetime product replacement. At the request of your surgeon, any size may be selected to replace your current INAMED® breast implant style at no cost to you, or choose another style.( A charge may apply on product with a higher list price)

The ConfidencePlusTM Warranty applies to all INAMED® saline-filled and silicone-filled breast implants that have been implanted in the United States and Canada after April 1, 2002*, provided the product has been used:

As intended by appropriately qualified and licensed surgeons, in accordance with current and accepted plastic surgery techniques.

In accordance with the current INAMED® breast implant package insert.

The ConfidencePlusTM Warranties apply only to cases of loss of shell integrity resulting in implant rupture or implant deflation that require surgical intervention.

Events Covered

To submit a ConfidencePlusTM Warranty claim for product replacement and financial assistance, the surgeon must contact INAMED's Product Support Team prior to replacement surgery. Contact us at:

To be eligible for product replacement and financial assistance, the surgeon is required to return the explanted, disinfected INAMED® breast implant(s) within three (3) months of the date of explantation. For specific return authorization instructions please contact INAMED's Product Support Team.

Financial assistance and product replacement will be issued upon receipt and verification of the explanted product, the Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) and the patients' general release.
