Breast Reconstruction - Sources of Additional Information
Breast Reconstruction - Upon request, you will be provided with a copy of the Directions for Use (package insert) for breast reconstruction. You can request a copy from your surgeon or from INAMED Aesthetics. For more detailed information on the preclinical and clinical studies conducted by INAMED, you are referred to the Summary of Safety and Effectiveness Data for this product at http://www.fda.gov/cdrh/pdf/p990074.pdf. You will be given a device identification card with the style and serial number of your breast implant(s) for breast reconstruction.
